Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC exam in her third-year of engineering studies. After graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she would enjoy a career in engineering position. Her goal became apparent when she shifted her focus to the civil job. The parents urged her to become a civil servant and pursue an employment in the public sector. She focused her energy on being an IAS officer. To be able to pass UPSC to be a reality it is more work necessary. While studying her engineering subjects she was also able to practice for the various areas of the UPSC. This exam preparation was done daily. In just 1 and 1/4 months, she was studying for engineering examinations, and stayed away from all social interactions. Concentration is essential in order to succeed on this test. She is hoping to join a civil service. She worked hard to achieve her aim to pass the test on her the first attempt. Her daily routine included reading newspapers to keep informed of the most recent news. Rajya Sabha TV, online resources and other study tools proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has written and published the book titled The Answer Writing Handbook. It's available at each library of all states in the country. This book is a great resource to IAS applicants who work hard for the test. Her husband and she are active on social media and share details regarding their respective roles.
